We’re hiring an IT Support & Operations Technician to keep our team up and running across HQ and our production facility. This is a hands-on role where you’ll support employees onboard new hires troubleshoot issues in real time and help maintain the tech that powers our day to day operations.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their IT career who wants exposure to multiple areas of IT and the chance to grow quickly.


What You’ll Do

  • Provide first-line IT support to employees in person and through a ticketing system
  • Set up and onboard new hires including devices accounts and access
  • Troubleshoot live issues as they happen including Zoom rooms and conference spaces
  • Support production and facility tech including racks and hardware setups
  • Keep office technology running smoothly including TVs displays and meeting rooms
  • Assist with basic network support like WiFi and connectivity issues
  • Manage and resolve tickets with a focus on speed and quality
  • Document issues fixes and patterns to improve future support
  • Work with everyone from executives to new hires

What We’re Looking For

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in an IT or technical support role
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira Zendesk or Freshdesk
  • Working knowledge of MacOS and Windows
  • Comfortable with hands-on troubleshooting and physical setups
  • Positive attitude no task is too small
  • Strong sense of urgency and ownership
  • Comfortable supporting both executives and entry-level employees
  • Able to troubleshoot quickly and stay calm under pressure

What to Expect

This role is based on-site at our Brooklyn Navy Yard office Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm with the potential for overtime during busier periods.

The hourly rate for this role ranges from $26 to $28/hr depending on experience skills and market factors. In addition to base pay we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical dental and vision coverage as well as a 401(k) plan.
