Junior IT Technical Analyst

Position Summary: Act as primary technical point of contact regarding IT incidents and requests. Provide day-to-day global user support for BARE staff via established Incident Management and Request Fulfillment procedures.

Essential Duties:

• Analyze, triage, troubleshoot, and document reported software and hardware incidents.
• Fulfill internal IT-related requests submitted via appropriate channels.
• Manage inventory, handle end-user hardware repairs, and provision equipment.
• Escalate incidents and requests to senior technical teams.
• Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in various systems.
• Adhere to operational KPIs and SLAs.
• Maintain Office365 environment including licensing and system health.
• Contribute to regular global IT projects.
• Assist with driving towards standardization and automation of standard operational activities.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years technical IT experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft-based operating systems with emphasis on Windows operating systems, Office applications, and internet browsers.
• Working knowledge of Cloud Technologies (including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Azure, and Intune).
• Excellent customer management and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate and work across various regions and teams.
• Ability to work effectively independently and as a member of a global team.
• Proven track record of successful delivery against commitments and deadlines.
• Superior attention to detail.
• Demonstrated history of anticipating needs and proactively resolving them.
• Ability to commute to Fairfax, VA office for a minimum of two days per week.

Desired Experience & Skills:

• Knowledge of ITIL.
• Experience in backup software and systems.
• Experience in security with antivirus, threat protection, content filter, and other security solutions.
• Knowledge of Atlassian software products.
