Job Description
About this job:
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Service and support for Covea business that is managed and assumed as required.
- Participate on the annual planning process: prepare portfolio, calculations. Ensure that figures for plan and outlook are accurate and timely.
- Help preparing the quarterly closing and management reporting package. Provide accurate and timely financial information to all stakeholders.
- Understand and explain figures (variations between current year / prior year and Plan).
- Participate in the quarterly review/audit and respond to ad hoc requests (Management, auditors, regulators and rating agencies).
- Develop appropriate metrics and business descriptors for measuring BU underwriting and operational performance.
- Guarantee Sarbanes Oxley compliance of the planning, closing and reporting processes under the responsibility of the Head Of Controlling.
- Support L&H projects as needed.
Qualifications
About you:
Competencies/Experience required:
- 3-5 years of experience
- Excellent analytical skills, numbers oriented
- Good communications skills across functions and hierarchical levels
- Finance/Accounting knowledge
- English and French
- Good knowledge of tools such as MS Excel and Business Objects
- Life (re)insurance product knowledge would be a real added value
- Ability and willingness to quickly adapt to changes in requirements.

- Timely and accurate quarterly analysis and reporting
