Junior Manager Sales
Job Description

Accountabilities:
In this function, you will be responsible for developing brand strategies, promoting brand growth and expansion, implementing brand selling plans, and using a variety of data to drive volume and profitability.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers gross revenue, net sales, and expense controls.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Track sales and performance reporting.
- Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinate with marketing strategies and investment.
- Align brand strategies to the local market.
- Gain brand market share in assigned account(s).
- Negotiations with major accounts.
- Generate a commercial strategy by channel and retailer.
- Manage the customer relationship through all phases of the sales cycle.
- Assure timely launches, campaigns, and special product introduction into the market.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Experience in JEWELRY (essential).
- Experience in RETAIL and WHOLESALE channels experience (essential).
- Experience working with Fashion brands.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
