We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Market Research Analyst to join our dynamic Corporate Development team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to various aspects of corporate strategy and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). As a  Junior Market Research Analyst, you will support the Corporate Development Director in executing strategic initiatives and helping drive the company’s growth.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and coordination of strategic projects, including M&A, partnerships, and joint ventures
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential opportunities and threats
• Support due diligence processes by gathering and organizing relevant information
• Prepare presentations, reports, and other documentation to support decision-making
• Assist in the monitoring of industry trends, financial markets, and competitor activities
• Help manage and update the Corporate Development pipeline and tracking tools
• Provide general administrative support to the Corporate Development team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
