Job Description

• Content Management: Develop and oversee a comprehensive social media content calendar across multiple platforms, ensuring timely and relevant posts.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to create compelling digital content that aligns with brand goals.
• Campaign Coordination: Plan, manage, and optimise marketing campaigns across digital and social media, focusing on brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.
• Content Creation: Write and edit targeted content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Innovation with AI: Utilise tools like ChatGPT.
• Team Support: Assist in the design, creation, and distribution of content across social media, web, video, and PR channels.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends and innovative marketing campaigns.
• Engagement: Support the Social Media Manager in crafting and editing content, engaging with followers, and responding to inquiries.
• Marketing Strategy: Explore opportunities for channel partnerships, collaborations, and influencer strategies to drive content creation.
• Ad Management: Oversee social media ad buying, format selection, budget allocation, and optimization for cost-per-click (CPC) and cost-per-impression (CPM).
• Ad Creation: Develop impactful ad creatives with clear calls-to-action (CTAs) to boost engagement and conversions.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and provide regular reports to the Marketing Manager, CEO, and Sales team.
• Compliance: Ensure all advertising aligns with platform-specific policies and data privacy regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or digital merchandising.
• Proficiency in Canva and other content creation tools is needed.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply!
• Must be fluent in English both written and spoken.
