Junior Marketing Specialist

Jr. Marketing Specialist Job Summary WRG is a family-owned commercial and healthcare furnishings dealer that is committed to finding highly motivated professionals with the passion to learn and grow in the company. We are seeking a Junior Marketing Specialist to support the marketing department in executing branding, digital, and print initiatives. This entry-level role is perfect for someone passionate about marketing who is eager to grow their skill set and contribute to a collaborative team environment. You will work closely with our Marketing and Sales teams to support campaigns, presentations, and communications that help drive company success. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials including digital assets, print collateral, and presentations. • Support the maintenance and updates of the WRG website and social media platforms. • Help coordinate promotional events, client visits, and trade shows. • Contribute to proposal and bid preparation by formatting, proofreading, and compiling necessary documentation. • Aid in developing internal and external presentations to support the sales team. • Assist in organizing and managing digital content, image libraries, and marketing assets. • Collaborate with the team on internal communications and company branding efforts. • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to support new ideas and strategies. • Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned to support the marketing department. Position Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree). • 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing or communications. • Basic understanding of graphic design principles and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is a plus. • Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and basic content creation. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
