BEHOLD! Caesars Sportsbook, America's leading sports book provider, has an immediate opening for a Junior Media Planner who is responsible for developing and executing media plans across Caesars Entertainment and Caesars Digital. As a media planner and buyer, this candidate will develop plans encompassing will broadcast, digital, print, radio, and experiential channels based on strategic insights. They will help present plans to stakeholders, execute the buys, and then track performance against them, based on how they deliver against business KPIs. Finally, they will be responsible for tracking delivery and managing plan budgets. The position is a critical role for ensuring our media plans are fully integrated with other efforts across the Company's portfolio.

What You Will Do:
- Execute and provide strategic insights for media plans, grounded in data and media math, that reflect an understanding of business objectives, consumer behaviors and Caesars' marketing assets
- Work with regional business leaders to develop and deliver plans that meet core business KPIs.
- Use third-party resources (syndicated data, internal/external research) to uncover relevant insights that fuel plan development and provide comprehensive/compelling rationale for proposed plan structure, as well as assess the efficacy of plan.
- Manage and collaborate with internal and, where applicable, agency resources to deliver cohesive business solutions, strategies and execution across multiple states
- Manage and implement approved media plan ensuring all deadlines are met across broadcast, digital, print, radio, experiential, retail, and sponsorships
- Partner with the creative department to define specs and ensure timely delivery of all creative
- Work with suppliers to approve creative materials and ensure all campaigns are fully compliant with supplier and regulator guidelines across different states
- Build presentation materials, complete appropriate tracking spreadsheets and deliverables grids (specs/timelines), and enter data in relevant systems as required
- Provide weekly reports to management on all active/pending campaigns
- Ensure team is adhering to planning and buying processes, policies and procedures
- Identify and track issues and resolve/escalate as needed
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years of proven media planning experience from an agency or B2C organization, hands-on experience with TV, Radio, Print and OOH planning and execution
- Experience managing complex, on-line/off-line marketing budgets
- Experience with media planning/buying systems & research tools, such as DoubleClick, Salesforce, comScore & Kantar
- Direct Media Buying and/or Media Buying Management experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills: ability to deliver the necessary updates on complex issues as well as the "good and the bad news" to a wide array of internal stakeholders
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, consistently adhering to strict deadlines and evolving priorities
- A firm understanding of media buying metrics (ROI, CPM, CPP, Reach/Frequency)
- Understanding of media math calculations
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills, especially Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint required
- Have energy and enthusiasm for new challenges, and an ability to tackle complex regulatory environment
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
- Must be able to type and talk on the phone for extended periods of time
- Regular attendance in the office
