Descrição do emprego

• Support the development and implementation of technology solutions based on the Microsoft platform, under the guidance of senior consultants.
• Assist in the configuration, administration, and maintenance of Microsoft systems, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365.
• Participate in data migration projects and the implementation of Microsoft solutions in a corporate environment, with support from the technical team.
• Collaborate in the analysis of technical requirements and the design of solutions together with the senior team.
• Perform basic monitoring, initial problem diagnosis, and first-level technical support in Microsoft environments.
• Produce technical documentation related to projects and internal processes.
• Participate in adoption projects with active involvement in client training activities in the areas of communications, collaboration, and AI (Copilot).

Qualificações

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft platforms such as Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365 (certifications like Microsoft Fundamentals are a plus).
• Interest in learning and developing skills in Microsoft infrastructure, systems, and applications.
• Ability to solve basic technical problems and willingness to work in a team to tackle more complex challenges.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive attitude, with a desire to grow in the field and keep up with technological trends.

Desirable Differentials:

• Initial experience in technical support or internships in the IT field.
• Basic understanding of cloud environments, such as Microsoft Azure.
• Skill in technical documentation and reporting.
