The primary purpose of the position is to:

• Provide additional support to Accountant
• Support office manager for smooth office operation

The specific activities to be performed by the Junior Financial Executive under the supervision of the Deputy Team Leader to achieve the expected outputs are as follows:

Assisting accountant in preparing invoices and other supporting documents. Assisting office manager to prepare timesheet, demobilization form Supporting office manager for vehicle management.

Key Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

i. Bachelor’s degree in business administration/management/finance/Equivalent subject

ii. 0-2 years of professional experience is highly encouraged.

iii. Experience in using MS Office (Word, Excel).

iv. Experience in Bangladesh and fluency in English and local language; both written and oral.
