What you'll do:

• You will be actively involved in the planning of our company events and take over various organizational tasks in Facility Management;
•  You bring in your ideas on how to constantly improve our office design and maintenance;
• You take over your own projects in the field of Office Services/Office Management;
• As part of our Global Office Management team, you will actively be involved in implementing our Community Building Strategy;
• Your daily duties will also involve reception work e.g. ordering and managing office materials or accepting deliveries.

Who we're looking for:

• You enjoy being social and have a desire not just to manage, but also be a part of our Community;
• You enjoy helping other people;
• As an organizational talent you work independently, carefully and reliably;
• You enjoy tackling new problems and solving them effectively;
• You speak English well and have at least intermediary knowledge of German;
• You have basic MS Office skills.
