Responsibilities

• Lead project staffing from initial stage to the onset of delivery and beyond
• Maintain timely updates of candidate statuses in internal systems for a current view of demand and supply dynamics
• Implement critical thinking in your daily tasks, assume responsibility and ensure quality in your work

Requirements

• Competency in the English language at a B2 level or above
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the IT sector
• Demonstrated skills in managing client relationships
• Advanced soft skills enabling effective communication, negotiation of viable options, and handling complex staffing setups by offering practical and agile solutions
• Willingness to contribute ideas, challenge current practices, and test new methods when needed
• Capacity to quickly adjust to an ever-evolving work environment
