Responsibilities

• Engage in project staffing from conception through to the start of delivery and further
• Ensure timely updates on candidate statuses in internal systems to maintain insight into the demand and supply equilibrium
• Apply critical thinking to your responsibilities, take ownership, and deliver high-quality work

Requirements

• Proficiency in the English language at a B2 level or higher
• Determination to learn and advance within the IT industry
• Showcase of skills in managing client relationships
• Advanced interpersonal skills for effective communication, negotiation of favorable outcomes, and management of intricate staffing arrangements through inventive and adaptable solutions
