Job Description

• Contact with business partners and assistance in solving current problems in the field of after-sales service (including complaint processing and preparation of documentation) 
• Handling reports in accordance with applicable operational procedures, including contact with colleagues from company branches throughout Europe
• Preparing comparisons and analyses and recommending solutions within assigned projects

Qualifications

• Secondary education or higher
• Customer service experience (telephone or email)
• Communicative knowledge of English (min. B2)
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of automotive technology and vehicle operation is desirable
• Knowledge of other languages: Czech, Slovak, Ukrainian will be an additional advantage
