Now we are looking for the Junior Payroll Administrator.

Job Description

• Participate in all payroll related calculations and payments;
• Administration, calculation and payment of monthly absences (paid vacation, sick leave, maternity leave, and any other leave) based on Georgian labour low in accordance with company’s internal rules;
• Manage all necessary payroll data uploads and other procedures in company's payroll systems;
• E-mailing payslips after salary payments;
• Keep track of wages, deductions, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc.
• Submitting Salary reports to Pension fund;
• Supervision of salary account in bank - ordering new bank account numbers for newcomers and reordering in case of loss, expiration or injury;
• Cooperation with other company departments – consulting, training, problem solving etc.
• Ensuring that transactions entered were done properly and accurately by selecting correct accounts, correct periods and correct accounting and tax principles;
• Ensuring that taxes are calculated and accounted for in compliance with the tax legislation of Georgia;
• Assisting and answering to any aroused question about monthly salary calculation or any other detail, related to payroll and payment via e-mails or phone calls;
• Remaining highly confidential, ethical and careful while delivering any information, and/or communication to any employee;
• Preparation of reports for chief accounting.

Qualifications

• Higher or incomplete higher education (last year student); Preferably in Finance / Accounting / Business administration field;
• Up to 1 year of experience as payroll or HR;
• Advanced knowledge in local tax and Labor Code of Georgia;
• Fluent in Georgian and English languages (spoken and written);
• Good computer skills (MS office);
• High sense of responsibility;
• Detail oriented;
• Ability to accurately fulfil direct management orders and work tasks;
• Self-driven and resilient and able to thrive in a challenging environment;
• Ability to work in a team.
