Are you graduating this summer and looking for your first challenge in HR? Within the People Operations Advisory team, you have a great impact on the employee experience as you are the first point of contact for employees and managers within the EU for all General HR topics. 

Role and responsibilities

In this role, you will be delivering the best employee experience by being the first point of contact for employees and managers for all General HR topics. You provide self-service support and prompt inquiry resolution. ​Day to day, you will:

  • Handle inquiries from first contact, registration, escalating and resolving queries in a professional and efficient manner - in a first time right and e2e way of working. ​ 
  • Answer basic questions on all topics, based on available information​.
  • Execute all operational tasks and handle exceptional cases/corrections within scope of the team individually. Understand underlying process mechanisms.​ 
  • Be the back-up owner for KPI, understanding the data and the concerns regarding. You report out of this KPI's towards the team members.​ 
  • Identify opportunities to improve work processes and implement basic improvement plans within the scope of the own team (e.g. on work instructions & knowledge base) to minimize waste, inflow and improve quality. ​ 
  • Provide input to project member regarding team processes and / or participate directly in projects to deliver input within own scope.​ 
  • Be in contact with different stakeholders and understand their demands and expectations.

Education and experience

  • You have a HBO bachelor degree in related fields
  • You can communicate in English with a strong degree of fluency and produce clear and detailed text.
  • Data analytics (Excel): you are able to create insight by using basic pivots and charts
  • You are able to navigate all relevant systems/processes for question handling independently ​ 
  • You are able to resolve operational issues and perform troubleshooting activities with support from other team members
