Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious and adaptable Junior Project Assistant to contribute to our company's projects. These innovative projects offer clients the flexibility to purchase on a per-seat basis, ensuring scalability and adaptability to their needs. They provide rapid access to specialized technology talent and project management, expediting the delivery and support of cloud-based digital transformations. Additionally, they involve the development and ongoing enhancement of CCaaS platforms, covering architecture and design, proactive management, agile cloud transformation, integration, customization, and optimization solutions. The role will also involve assisting with various Professional Services projects, including team extension, enterprise-level development, deployment, customization, and R&D projects. Responsibilities:

  • Assist PMO in planning, scheduling, and executing IT projects. Track project progress, deadlines, and resource allocation.
  • Craft and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and risk assessments.
  • Prepare presentations and other communication materials for project stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project meetings, including scheduling, taking minutes, and ensuring action items are assigned and tracked.
  • Develop and maintain project communication plans to ensure timely and clear information flow to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, sales, finance, legal, and other internal departments to ensure project success.

Qualifications

  • Native English speaker with strong cultural knowledge: this role requires a high level of fluency and accuracy in English for clear and concise communication with stakeholders of Executive levels.
  • Understanding cultural nuances and references is a must to ensure effective communication across diverse backgrounds.
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Management, or Computer Science.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills: with an expectation to craft and deliver clear and professional presentations, as well as effectively communicate information to a variety of audiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills: The ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain a well-organized workspace is essential.
  • Attention to detail: for handling sensitive project information and completing tasks with accuracy.
  • Strong work ethic: a willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute positively to a fast-paced environment is crucial.
  • Teamwork: The ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, IT specialists, and other team members is essential.
  • Basic understanding of IT project, service, and product management methodologies
