Paramount Printing (PP) is seeking a Junior Project Manager. As a Jr. Project Manager with you will assist in managing multiple projects from cradle to grave.
Responsibilities:
- Assist multiple Project Managers in the following areas:
- Coordinate with outside vendors and internal departments to assure all items are delivered before deadlines.
- Proactively communicate the status of projects with Project Managers to assure potential issues (delays, cost overruns, etc.) are effectively communicated and handled in a timely manner.
- Ensure all components for project are in house - on time.
- Relay all necessary information throughout internal channels to ensure everything is on time and all channels know pertinent information.
- Keep up with all important milestones of projects and keep teams well informed at each step.
Position Requirements:
- Project management experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and with others in a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to exercise tact and diplomacy required to foster a team environment while keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Aptitude and desire to learn manufacturing processes.
