Ardent is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our team.
This is a Remote role.
Ardent is seeking a Junior Project Manager to lead a small team of around 4 individuals in supporting our Program Management Support team in Stakeholder Management, Data Governance, and Training. This individual should have personal experience in one of those three areas, and comfortable leading other individuals in execution for customers. This individual will be supporting the team in managing external stakeholders, and setting the vision, and internal priorities for the teams’ execution. This is a great role for a project manager who is looking to expand their scope and take the next step in their career!
This project is in support of the OCRSO (Office of the Chief Readiness Support Officer), developing data, dashboarding, and GIS solutions to assist the ORCSO in understanding and responding to emergency incidents. The scope of work involves stakeholder engagement, data governance, data science and engineering, and data analysis and reporting.
Requirements:
- BA/BS
- 1-3 years of related project management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP or other relevant PM or Scrum Master certifications preferred but not required
