Junior Project Manager

We are looking for a talented Junior Project Manager with 1+ years of experience to join our project for work on different projects from the USA and EU.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ year of experience in ІТ Project Management;
• At least Upper-Intermediate English;
• Understanding of SDLC methodologies;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Positive attitude and the ability to integrate and be an active part of the team;
• Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize;
• Keen to pursue personal development needs and maintain up-to-date knowledge;
• Analytical skills;
• Accuracy and attention to detail;
• Time management skills;
• Able to work independently in a dynamic environment

WILL BE A PLUS

• Experience in the BA field

• Experience in SalesForce

• Certifications

RESPONSIBILITIES:

People management side: 

• Onboarding newcomers to the team; 
• Conducting one-on-ones, resolving teammate's inquiries after; 
• Supervision of Personal development plan; 
• Organizing team activities. 

Project management side: 

• Communication with clients; 
• Project scoping and planning; 
• Agile methodologies implementing into the project; 
• Tracking project status; 
• Reported hours checking.
  
  

WORK SCHEDULE:

Full-time working days, flexible hours, and the full remote are available.

INTERVIEW STAGES:

1. Screen with a recruiter (up to 30 minutes).

2. Technical interview (up to 1,5 hours).
