Junior Project Manager

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic product development company. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in PHP and JavaScript development and a proven ability to manage team tasks, deployments, and cross-functional collaborations. This role bridges technical expertise with project management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and align on project goals, scope, and deliverables.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate project timelines and ensure timely delivery.
• Assign and track tasks using tools like ClickUp or equivalent project management software.
• Oversee deployments and collaborate closely with the development team for successful execution.
• Track project metrics, identify bottlenecks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project progression.
• Act as a liaison between development teams, management, and stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, processes, and standards in alignment with company goals.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 1 year of hands-on coding experience in PHP and JavaScript.
• 1 year of experience in project/task management and team coordination.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycles.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools like ClickUp, Jira, or Trello.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
