Position Overview:

The Junior Project Manager will assist in the planning, execution, and closing of projects within the HR or outsourcing sector. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a foundational understanding of project management principles. The Junior Project Manager will work closely with senior project managers, team members, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
The position is based in Germany (remote work model).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are documented appropriately.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment.
  • Monitor project progress and identify any issues or risks, escalating them as necessary.
  • Prepare and deliver project status reports, meeting minutes, and other documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Support the implementation of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Assist in post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably within HR or an outsourcing environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills๏ผŒEnglish and Germany is must, Chinese is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in human resources or outsourcing companies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding Huawei outsourcing system
