What will you be doing?
As a Junior Project Manager, you'll lead projects and provide meaningful updates, effective resource management, and seamless team communication. This role sits within our Product Team, driving growth and innovation. Your core responsibilities will encompass overseeing project outcomes and health, orchestrating various tasks, and proactively addressing potential project challenges within your owned swimlanes/product areas. Here's more of what you'll be diving into:

• Create new projects and monitor the progress of existing projects across product swimlanes / roadmaps on Dragonboat
• Ensure projects are being executed in line with various phases of product development lifecycle (PDLC)
• Unblock and align stakeholders to ensure projects are executed in line with project goals and timelines
• Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings
• Lead and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute updates
• Coordinate cross-project activities with various stakeholders
• Help in addressing questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project for early resolution
• Proactively problem solving, identifying and confidently mitigating any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in your day-to-day

Are you?

• Curious about product development and executing multiple projects
• Excited to learn new processes and programs
• Have great soft skills and communicate complex ideas with ease
• Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience across project management, business planning and/or strategy
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a keen sense for discovering valuable opportunities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

*Colorado Only* Base Salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 + benefits
