Junior Project Manager, Creative

Overview

We’re excited to be looking for a Junior Project Manager, Creative to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. Reporting to our Senior Creative Project Manager, you’ll assist in the day-to-day administrative coordination of projects on the Brooklinen Creative team.

This role is based in Brooklyn, NY, and we have a 2 days in/3 days remote schedule.

What you’ll do

• Assist our Senior Creative Project Manager in measuring and tracking teams bandwidth while allocating tasks
• Coordinate creative projects and workflow for the Creative team 
• Serve as a day-to-day contact for the Creative team & cross-functional partners by sharing project updates and identifying potential roadblocks that are impacting our projects to remove any bottlenecks
• Drive internal review meetings, create agendas, and distribute actionable notes
• Facilitate the initiation of incoming creative requests, gather critical information and build timelines 
• Partner with the Senior Creative Project Manager to develop scalable processes and practical resources to manage a growing team through robust systems 
• Receive print samples, route for review and approval, and communicate with vendors

We're looking for someone who brings

• 1+ years of traffic coordinating or project management experience; a creative background is a plus
• Strong administrative capabilities 
• Knowledge of creative file types, software, and campaign workflows 
• Experience coordinating digital projects with photo, video, design, copy elements
• High proficiency in G Suite 
• Experience with print production facilitation is a plus! 
• Familiarity with project management platforms such as Monday.com is a plus! 
• Strong time management and communication skills
• The ability to be cool under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
