During this time, the Global Macro business has expanded significantly, and as a result, we are building a combined Quant Strategy & Technology team dedicated to Macro.

What you’ll do

In this role you will work across teams to build modelling and analytics for Treasury. Under the guidance of senior team members, you will be working on

• Margin modelling and optimization
• Carry replication and allocation
• Liquidity methodologies
• Security financing analytics across repo and stock lending

What’s required

We are looking for a quantitative strategist with experience in financing, hands-on Python knowledge, strong abstract problem-solving ability. Specifically, you will need:

• A degree from a renowned institution in a quantitative field such as computer science, theoretical physics, pure or applied mathematics, or electrical engineering
• Strong communication skills
• Working knowledge of Python and familiarity with Python libraries for quantitative data analysis and visualization
• Experience as quant in Prime Brokerage, Delta1, or Treasury at a top tier investment bank or a leading hedge fund is a plus
• Knowledge of TensorFlow and/or Mosek or similar optimization frameworks and tools is a plus
• Success in the role will require natural adhesion to Treasury Quant team work ethics, quality standards, commitment to technical rigor while keeping delivery schedules, transparency, and reliability.
