Junior Recruiter (Sourcer)

We’re a remote-first team that loves to automate processes and experiment with the tools—from ATS to generative AI. As part of HR Team, you'll connect hospitality talents worldwide and build the happiest, most productive team ever. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Source and interview candidates from various countries (mostly non-IT roles) to find the best talent for the team. 

• Support new hires through the onboarding process to ensure they have a smooth start. 

• Participate in HR projects to enhance our processes and employee experience. 

• Fluent in English and Russian. 
• Familiarity with AI tools is a plus. 
• Strong skills in crafting engaging messages and job vacancies. 
• Analytical skills to work with recruitment and onboarding metrics and conduct salary research. 
• A passion for continuous learning and development. 
• Desire to develop your career in recruitment.
