Trust Payments has an exciting opportunity for an Junior RFC Analyst to join their team.

Location: Remote - Sri Lanka

Main purpose of the job:

The role of the Junior RFC Analyst is to evaluate the ‘Request For Change’ made by the merchants. These requests are about changes to the account or contract terms. In such context, you will need to identify the underlying risks that the bank will be exposed to in granting such facilities. 


Junior RFC Analyst - Key Duties and responsibilities:

  • Conduct identity checks (KYC – Know your customer), AML, identifying and locating, credit score review and full product and website reviews specifically for change request forms
  • Adhere to underwriting standards, company’s policies, instructions and good practice to minimise risk and maximise efficiency specifically for change request forms
  • Ensure adherence to Company and Card Schemes rules and policies
  • Work closely with the Risk Department to agree on change request form related choices
  • Contribute in process improvements and sharing best practice


Junior RFC Analyst - Experience and Qualifications:

  • Strong logical and quantitative skills
  • Knowledge of financial and risk analysis
  • Capability to comprehend Audited Financial Statements
  • Attention to detail and due diligence
  • Good written and oral communications skills
  • Prioritization and Being Flexible Skills
  • Well organized and meticulous
  • Team Player
  • Proficiency with office tools in particular Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
