Job DescriptionThis is a contracted, 1-year assignment.
Our Junior Salesforce Administrators work closely with the Salesforce team to support our daily CRM operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. You will be responsible for handling basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
As a Junior Salesforce Administrator, you will assist with:
- Ticket Monitoring: Consistent scrutiny of raised tickets, ensuring timely interventions.
- Data Loads: Help with routine data uploads and cleanup, preserving data quality.
- Internal Testing: Contribute to testing prior to any system update or adjustment.
- UAT Coordination: Aid User Acceptance Testing, collate feedback, and ensure swift implementations.
- Documentation: Methodically update system processes, user guidelines, and standard methodology documents.
- User Management: Aid with user onboarding, modifications, and departures.
- Third-Party App Troubleshooting: Help monitor, diagnose, and troubleshoot third-party app integrations.
- Investigative Role: Aid with potential issues that happen and help supervise improvements.
- Training: Assist in the formulation and delivery of training resources.
- Maintenance of Salesforce systems, including user setups, role permissions, security settings, and data integrity.
- Work with various teams to understand their needs and translate them into CRM design features.
- Build and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and Salesforce configuration.
- Supervise and manage exception logs for back-end system integration with Salesforce.
- Participate in the implementation of new Salesforce features and functionalities to improve user experience and efficiency.
For this role as a Junior Salesforce Administrator, you must have:
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Understanding of Salesforce standard processes and functionality
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and ability to work in a multifaceted, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is preferred

Salary Range: $40.00 - $60.00. This range is based on national market data and may vary by location.
