Junior Salesforce Business Analyst

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

We are looking for an individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform. As a Junior Business Analyst for the Salesforce platform at in nVent you bring application knowledge to assist you in crafting and supporting Enterprise grade solutions. You will collaborate with Salesforce teams across business segments in establishing, implementing, and carrying out Salesforce standard processes.

This role will include traditional Analysts functions like collecting requirements and interaction with partners around business specific demand, but will also include delivering improvements with Salesforce configuration and administration where necessary. Given our Agile delivery model, all work will be handled through the creation of business cases, epics, and user stories using our Jira and Confluence platforms.

• Be responsible for supporting tactical day to day administration and operation of Salesforce related processes and workflows.
• Working with the Enclosures user community and segment Analysts to support and improve the Salesforce system.
• The analyst needs to have a firm grasp of CRM best practices to drive and foster greater adoption and to improve internal customer experience.
• Provide support to administrators and power users.
• Provide reporting assistance and dashboards building
• Maintain data quality by conducting data integrity audits, reviewing reports, and working with data owners to fix issues.
• Assist Enclosures Analysts in requirement gathering, configuration and documentation of new features.
• Assist in system testing of all changes and updates.
• Assist in training of the Enclosures end-user base of existing and new features and functions.

YOU HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• One or more Salesforce certifications or working towards completion.
• Ideally 1-5 years' experience supporting Salesforce Sales-Cloud and/or Service-Cloud in a lightning enabled environment.
• Strong focus on collaboration and ability to work as part of different teams and cultures across all functions and levels.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Ability to turn complex user requirements into Jira User Stories to be used by Analysts and System Integrators.
• Willingness and ability to continuously learn new skills and take on board added responsibilities.
• Occasional travel may be required.
