 Job Description:

• We are looking for a Scrum Master to coordinate within our software development team
• Must know how to manage and guide JIRA, should know how to generate reports on JIRA.
• Candidate must have good grip on Excel (for reporting)
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
• Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.
• Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
• Help teams implement changes effectively
• Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
• Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it

Requirements:

• 0-6 months of experience working in a Agile/Scrum environment.
• Familiarity with software development.
• Must have Jira knowledge, certification would be a plus point.
• Knowledge of Scrum techniques and artefacts (such as the definition of done, user stories, sprint planning/review/retrospective, and backlog refinement)
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Degree in Computer Science from a reputable university
• Scrum master certification (SFC or SPFC) is a plus.

Shift Timings: Afternoon (12:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.)
