Junior Site Operations Associate

With the advent of genomic sequencing, we can finally decode and process our genetic makeup. We now have more data than ever before, but providers don't have the infrastructure or expertise to make sense of this data. We're on a mission to connect an entire ecosystem to redefine how genomic data is used in clinical settings.

We’re looking for a Junior Site Operations Associate on our TIME team who will be responsible for supporting TIME Site account management and rapid activations. As a Junior Associate, your focus will be providing administrative and organization support to the team managing relationships and operations with our TIME sites

Responsibilities:

•  Help support regular meetings with site research staff and investigators, both virtually and in person
• Help support rapid activations for TIME sites
• Manager reporting for both internal and external stakeholders
• Help develop and implement processes to streamline research operations
• Partner with Product & Engineering teams on the development of tools and technologies in support of our workflows and services
• Develop and revise  presentation materials for customers

Minimum Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare related field 

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year prior experience of clinical research in academic medical/research center OR pharmaceutical, biotech or CRO setting
• Subject matter expertise in clinical trial operations

Some travel may be required (<25%)
