Junior Social Executive
Job Description
We are looking for an awesome Social Media Obsessive to join our buzzing Paris team across our Client Services and Community Management department.
You’ll need to be super passionate about all things social media and have some unique blossoming skills, but most importantly, be super curious, into current culture and be crazy excited to be part of an industry leader in Social Transformation.

Solid creative thinking, problem-solving and a love for social media are heavily valued within this role. We are a passionate, proactive, innovative team, brimming with talent and enthusiasm.
We’re looking for someone who loves what they do and will bring their own brand of spark, vim and vigour to the agency. Time moves at the speed of light at 1000heads, but you’ll be working with the most talented bunch of individuals this side of the Moon landings.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
In a nutshell, you'll be working within one of our amazing Community Management team on a massive range of projects and brands (go on, have a Google, we work with the biggest brands in the world!).
The teams are involved from the start of a brief right through to output including ideations, project development, client and campaign management, community (social media) management insights and analysis.
You’ll learn all about life at a social transformation company, will support the teams and will get the chance to contribute with your own ideas, creativity and passion.
Ownership, courage and curiosity are key at 1000heads, so we’re looking for a candidate with an insatiable drive to innovate, learn, grow and contribute.
Role
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Understanding the overall concept of a social transformation agency, services provided and how we add value to global brands' strategies
- Create and manage social media posts and campaigns
- Report and analysis of social media performance
- Brainstorms, ideation with the team
- Support with outreach to influencers and managing relationships
- Support the teams on a range of ad hoc tasks
- Collaborates with fellow team members to deliver projects and campaigns

- Through passion, hard work and drive you’ll join us in creating award-winning work
- Passionate and knowledgeable about Social Media – up to speed with evolving trends
- Strong IT skills including MSOffice – ready to pick up new tools and software quickly
- A self-starter with reams initiative
- Organised
- Research skills
- Social media agency experience
- A degree in a marketing related course. Not essential but beneficial.
