Print Reach Software, LLC, part of the Fullsteam organization, is searching for a Junior Software Developer to join the team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Designing and Developing Applications - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and develop robust software applications using .NET framework and C#.
• Coding and Debugging - Write clean, scalable code following best practices and standards in software development. Debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Testing and Deployment - Perform unit testing and integration testing for functionality and limits. Support deployment of applications and evaluate its performance.
• Maintenance and Support- Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements in existing systems and platforms. Investigate and resolve technical issues and ensure smooth operation of applications.
• Collaboration and Communication- Collaborate with product, QA and other stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
• Continuous Improvement- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the software development industry. Implement best practices and processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.

Skills & Competencies:

• Experienced in C#, .NET 8, .NET Framework (4.8).
• Experienced in a front end framework ideally Angular or comparable.
• Experienced in back end RESTful APIs.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Organized and task oriented and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly motivated with the ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
• Develop maintainable code from written requirements using industry standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of full stack development experience.
• 3+ years experience in C# and .NET
• 3+ years experience in SQL Server or similar RDBMS.
