What You'll Do

• we need you to assist in developing and maintaining shared capabilities and services for use across Product & Technology.

• You have the chance to create a complete new team with us and directly bring in your Ideas to the best working environment

• Work with us on coding tasks and technical implementations under the guidance of senior engineers.

• Collaborate with product teams to integrate and support shared services effectively.

• You will contribute to improving coding practices, testing, and deployment processes.

• Learn and apply new tools, technologies, and methodologies in software development.

• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to gain experience and improve your skills.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Implement features and fixes with support from experienced team members.

• Support CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHubActions, Gradle, and Jenkins.

• Monitor and debug services using observability tools.

• Write and maintain unit and integration tests.

• Contribute with us to cloud-based solutions using AWS or GCP and Kubernetes with a focus on learning and growth.

• You will Collaborate with team members to improve documentation, processes, and technical alignment.

Qualifications

• Some experience with programming languages such as Java, Go, or JavaScript.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and container orchestration tools (Kubernetes).

• Basic knowledge of databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and testing tools (Junit, Pact), knowledge about messaging systems (Kafka) would be a benefit.

• Willingness to participate in professional development activities to stay current on industry knowledge and work with build tools like Maven and Gradle.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset; fluent in English (German+ is a bonus).

• Enthusiastic, proactive, and open to feedback and mentorship.
