Your Role and Responsibilities
IBM Container Licensing team is looking for Junior Test Engineer.You will become the member of Development Team of IBM Foundation Services which are the core parts of flagship IBM products – Cloud Paks and Certified Containers. Creating platform services functions requires best in class development skills practices and high focus on quality. As the team member you will develop knowledge of various containerized environments modern cloud solutions taking care of unit and integration level validation.

As Junior Test Engineer you will:

• create Unit Testing Integration Testing code
• prepare test cases
• track and manage defects and bugs working with developers to fully resolve them.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Knowledge of bash scripting
• Knowledge of both backend and frontend testing
• Good English communication skills (both verbal and written)

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience in web application/UI testing with Selenium
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Experience in working with and testing RESTful APIs
• Suggest new tools and techniques to improve testing efficiency
• Source control with Github
• Familiarity with BATS framework
