Junior Staff Accountant - Project Accountant

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated individual in all phases of Accounts Payable. General responsibilities include: 1. Proactively help monitor the purchase order processing system. 2. Communications with vendors. 3. Verifying receiving records to invoices. 4. Monitor customer accounts to assure timely incoming payments. 5. Research disputed and/or delinquent balances to ensure payment Requirements Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience and possess a college degree in accounting with strong computer skills. Previous experience in the Construction and Distribution field helpful.
