What You'll Do

• You will assess the equivalent financial structure of the managed inventory across multiple APAC locations by anticipating demands based on projections provided by commercial team.
• You will analyze market trends and provide sound decisions to purchase Market required products according to right size and right time.
• You will establish a short, mid, to long-term Supply Plan for the managed Markets or Countries to ensure that the business has a steady flow of stock without overcapitalizing on materials.
• You will develop detailed understanding regarding possible manufacturing constraints including both capabilities and capacity of the manufacturing plants being sourced, planned and allocated, that may also require leading the review of Supply Structure to business teams.
• You will oversee inventory and supply planning responsibilities that may also entail or include complex new product launch evaluation, supply chain cost optimization and efficiency opportunities among other possible Supply Chain projects.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional team members especially both stakeholders and suppliers to prioritize and deliver products and services that meet or exceed the business expectations especially leveraging on pragmatic solutions.
• You will proactively connect and coordinate with Production, Business Development, Logistics, Demand Planning and Customer Service. You will keep all involved members up to date and provide risk mitigations and opportunities to anticipate posing concerns that may have significant impact to the business.

Who We're Looking For

• You have studied Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• You have practical experience in planning/forecasting ideally in the CPG (FMCG) industry.
• You have got an understanding of demand planning / S&OP and how it can drive superior business performance.
• You have an E2E mindset.
• You are attracted by new projects and challenges that really spur you on.
• You are analytically as well as conceptually strong and have a strong organizational talent.
• You have an independent, responsible, and structured way of working and think process-oriented.
• You are a communicative team player and have very good English skills (other foreign language skills are an advantage).
