Description
Interclypse is seeking a full-time (40 hour/week) junior system administrator in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. We use a combination of vendor capabilities both on-premise and in the cloud to support internal corporate and numerous customer projects. The individual for this position must be a self-starter but will receive mentorship and guidance from the IT Director.
Our junior system admin position is an entry-level position geared towards individuals with limited system administrator experience or a recent college graduate. Our unique career development program will provide the individual with mentorship, continuous learning opportunities, and the empowerment needed to grow as a DevOps engineer, software engineer, or other technical disciplines.

- Setup and manage new and existing applications, tools, services, and cloud environments
- Learn how to become proficient with Linux and Windows administration

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or other relevant technical degrees.
Required Skills:
- Experience with Linux
- Basic understanding of networking (Subnetting and TCP/IP)

- Experience with Windows Group Policy
- Willingness to learn on the job while getting things done
- Able to work in an agile environment
