Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a keen interest in building a career in recruitment. This role involves identifying and engaging qualified IT professionals for various roles, supporting the recruitment process, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen potential IT candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, among others.
• Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on relevant platforms.
• Conduct initial screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment progress.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals for future openings.
• Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks and other duties as needed.
• Foster strong relationships with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of previous experience in similar roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in IT and technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using Google Workspace.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
