Junior Talent Operations Analyst
Job Description
Optiver is looking for an organized and experienced self-starter to join our growing Talent Operations team. The right individual will be hardworking, motivated, and able to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment. This position will execute on the day-to-day operations of the Talent team.

What you’ll do:
- Partner closely with the Talent team to monitor and improve business processes that impact day-to-day operations, questioning how the processes and technologies work in order to provide improvement suggestions
- Maintain HR systems by updating and entering employee data, including regular auditing for data accuracy
- Develop and update documentation to support various HR processes
- Prepare reports for stakeholders across the business with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Maintain a high level of internal and external confidentiality
- Assist with ad hoc HR projects as needed
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 1-3 years of professional work experience in an HR support role
- Microsoft Excel proficiency required; HRIS, Atlassian and Slack familiarity preferred
- Effective verbal and written communication skills capable of adapting communication style to suit different audiences
- An attention to detail with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to problem solve in a logical manner and a willingness to be proactive in thinking through multiple solutions before barriers or problems arise
- Experience handling competing priorities and productively working in a challenging, fast-paced environment
- A sense of urgency and commitment to getting things across the finish line without sacrificing quality or experience
- Ability to professionally handle confidential information
