As an IT Helpdesk Specialist, you will be an integral part of the WellMed Helpdesk team, providing vital support for technical issues reported by WellMed employees. Your role will encompass a mix of technical problem-solving, effective communication, and efficient assistance to ensure smooth operations and excellent user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls, addressing and troubleshooting technical issues reported by WellMed employees.
Collaborate with team members to resolve email tickets and provide assistance.
Contribute to the internal knowledge base, enhancing collective problem-solving capabilities.
Effectively communicate issues to both internal and external teams, ensuring prompt resolution.
Participate in on-call support rotations during designated periods (2 - 3 weeks per year).
Skills
Must have
- 1+ years of experience supporting PC operating systems, including Windows 7 and Windows 10.
1+ years of experience supporting mobile devices such as Android or Apple Tablets / Phones.
6+ months of experience with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) - ability to create, edit, save, and send.
1 year of customer service experience.
1 year of technical support experience.
- Effective communication skills.
Efficient call handling abilities.
