We are looking for a positive and eager IT Asset Management Specialist who can be inserted within an already dynamic team and thrive. The work involves coordinating with the Warehouse team to ensure IT asset care, tracking, and retrieval and ensures compliance with established reporting requirements, loss prevention controls, and procedures. Our team enjoys a great work atmosphere and substantial opportunity to excel!
Responsibilities
- Investigate, locate, and retrieve lost or unreturned assets using available systems. Communicate with customers on the status of IT Inventory request tickets. Resolve work orders or assign to Warehouse staff for processing. Maintain asset records in Service Now Asset Management Module. Create or maintain reports to support these functions.
Skills
Must have
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
Should be able to handle both voice and non-voice calls
Prior experience of IT Asset Management / Warehouse team (12-18 months experience)
Proficient with basic computer skills - E mails / Ticketing systems / Excel / Word.
Should have worked on similar roles in the past. At least 1 to 2 years of experience
Should have experience on Software's - Ticketing systems - while working on Helpdesk / IT Asset Management activities
ServiceNow Asset Management experience will be an additional advantage.
- • Basic Ware House experience is a plus• Ability to follow prescribed inventory control standards.• Skill in using a computer and Microsoft Office Suite software with specific focus in Excel.
