- Support the technical onboarding, implementation, and lifecycle management of business partners, acting as point of contact for all technical aspects.
- Work in close collaboration with the Solution Managers, offering technical insights and support for the end-to-end management of insurance products.
- Support to oversee the development and configuration of insurance products within our core insurance system, ensuring high standards of quality and functionality.
- Eliciting, analyzing, and communicating technical requirements for insurance solutions.
- Collaborate with our Quality Assurance team, coordinating testing and validation.
- Provide support for production troubleshooting, swiftly addressing and resolving technical issues to maintain product integrity.
- Actively support and implement changes and improvements for the products under your responsibility, aligning with business goals and user needs.
- Represent technical solutions to distribution partners, ensuring their operational needs are met with high-quality technical integrations.
- Coordinate with technology partners to implement new features and solutions, adhering to agile development timelines.
- Manage technical documentation for partner-facing and internal applications and APIs, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders.
- Ideally 2+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, tech project management, or software architectureÂ
- Experience in modern web development (frontend/backend), with understanding of Java-based backend architecture patterns (e.g., micro-services)Â
- Experience in working in agile teamsÂ
- Experience in SaaS technology management, incl. API management, versioning, and documentationÂ
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent ability to translate business needs into IT requirements, ensuring technical solutions align with business objectives.
- Fluency in English, other European languages a plusÂ
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, Master's degree a plus
- Highly motivated and constantly aiming to improve Â

- Innovative remote working policy – We are proud to have introduced “Companjon onsite days”. You have the option to work remotely, except for one week per month (with the option to add additional days when needed) in which we come all together in our Dublin office to strengthen relationships, reconnect… and have fun!
