Junior Technical Support - Categorie Protette Art. 1 e 18, Legge 68/99

We are currently looking for a Junior Technical Support to join our Sportsbook team in Lecce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering data into our database systems, ensuring the integrity of our information, and providing support to other departments in the company related to the sportsbook system. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our department, contributing to the efficiency and reliability of our processes. Role will also act as a bridge between the technical team and the other departments (predominantly the Trading team).

Responsibilities

• Input, update, and maintain accurate data across various sportsbook systems.
• Review data for errors and inconsistencies; take action to correct any discrepancies.
• Works closely with other departments providing support and possible escalation of issues to development teams according to needs.
• Document data mapping processes and procedures for future reference.

• High school diploma in Computer Science or related field; further education or certification is a plus.
• Good Knowledge of databases and SQL
• Basic knowledge of Java and/or PHP programming language
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Prior experience in the online gaming and sportsbook platform betting industry would be considered an asset
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
