Junior UI Web Designer

Salary Range: Php 20,000 - 24,000

Responsibilities:

• UI Design & Prototyping:
  • Create high-quality UI designs and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Utilize AI-powered design tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.
     
• A/B Testing & Conversion Optimization:
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to evaluate and improve design effectiveness.
  • Analyze test results to optimize user interfaces for higher conversion rates.
     
• Responsive & Accessible Design:
  • Design responsive interfaces that provide consistent experiences across various devices and screen sizes.
  • Ensure designs meet the latest accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.2).
     
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
     
• Design Research:
  • Conduct research to inform design decisions, including user needs, market trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.
     
• Continuous Learning:
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop skills in UX design.
