This person would iteratively improve current applications and work with our creative marketing team to bring designs to life. LOCATION
1 Glenlake Parkway - Atlanta, GA 30328 – The team operates on a Hybrid schedule (Tuesdays and Thursdays). Expensed travel to HexArmor Headquarters in Grand Rapids, MI every 6-8 weeks.

RESPONSIBILITIESÂ
- Work with senior developers to build application features and further code
- Continuously develop skills in Ruby on Rails and other core technologies of the team’s overall tech Â
- Interface directly with internal clients to troubleshoot and problem solve ticket resolutions.
- Proactively find opportunities to evolve and improve the overall tech
- Quickly learn how to use new libraries, API's, software applications,
- Document troubleshooting steps to build the team’s knowledge base.

QUALIFICATIONSÂ
- Knowledge and/or desire to learn Ruby on Rails, Git (GitHub), HTML, CSS, Sass, and
- Bachelor’s Degree (Information Systems or Computer Science preferred), Certification in Web Development, or other relevant web development experience.
- Understanding or knowledge of relational databases (we use MySQL and PostgreSQL);
- Motivated self-starter with an ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team
- Passion for writing simple, clean, and efficient code.
- Ability to communicate and present professionally and effectively.

BONUS QUALIFICATIONSÂ
- Experience with Turbo, Stimulus, Hotwire.
- Experience with Angular or React.
- Experience with RSpec.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Shopify0 theme and/or scripting experience.
COMPENSATION
Base salary and 10% performance bonus
