You work in partnership with customers to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mondelēz International and the customer.
Responsabilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales and demand plans specifically aimed at the modern channel, with a primary focus on Walmart and convenience stores.
- Work closely with the Sales Advisors to ensure the correct implementation of strategies, operations, training and management of sales teams.
- Carry out the monitoring and support necessary for the effective execution of sales strategies, ensuring that they are delivered to the execution teams efficiently.
- Accompany the distributor (Dx) sales team to client meetings, presenting strategies, sourcing additional spaces, managing product coding and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee control of investment budget, business objectives, quotas and other key performance indicators.
- Maintain a close and highly influential relationship with Dx clients, even if you do not directly manage billing.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Key Account Management roles or similar positions, preferably in the modern channel and with large accounts such as Walmart.
- Strong strategic and influencing skills, with the ability to implement and follow sales strategies effectively.
- Ability to work as a team and indirectly lead large work groups.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Guatemala's market and the dynamics of the modern channel.
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
- Experience in budget management and control of commercial objectives.
