Private practice in greater Kansas City suburb looking for a motivated and personable oral and maxillofacial surgeon to join established practice as an associate with a track to partner. The practice surgery scope includes all forms of dentoalveolar surgery and a robust implant practice. Opportunity for orthognathic and facial trauma surgery exists for interested individuals. The area has many families and a consistent surgery schedule. Compensation will be a combination of salary and bonus arrangement, with a buy-in opportunity within 1-2 years of satisfactory performance. Interested individuals should be board certified or an active candidate for board certification.
