Key Account Manager

Currently, we are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our highly motivated and inspired global team in Zentiva.

What Would Be Your Main Responsibilities:

• building trusting, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals
• increasing awareness of Zentiva products
• meeting sales targets in the territory, regularly monitoring business plans
• organizing group events and conferences for healthcare professionals
• clients targeting, identifying key clients and key decision-makers
• developing and implementing strategies to drive growth, reach targets, and meet customer needs
• understanding clients’ challenges and identifying ways Zentiva could better address those needs
• resolving customer complaints quickly and effectively
• analyzing and exploring market trends
• monitoring competition strategies
• monitoring of scientific and professional publications and other relevant sources of information

We Need You To Have:

• University degree in life sciences: medicine, pharmacy, dental medicine, medical biochemistry
• At least 3 years experience in sales in the pharmaceutical industry (experience in oncology or neurology would be considered as an advantage)
• Excellent written and speaking English skills
• Computer skills at a highly proficient level
• Valid driving license
