This role plays a key part in driving sustainable growth across strategic key accounts and specialized healthcare centers. You will act as a pivotal link between the organization and healthcare stakeholders, ensuring optimal access to therapies while improving patient outcomes. The position combines commercial responsibility with a strong healthcare impact focus in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment. You will work closely with medical, market access, and commercial teams to shape local strategy and execution. It is a field-based role requiring strong stakeholder engagement, analytical thinking, and the ability to navigate complex healthcare systems. The environment is dynamic, data-driven, and focused on delivering value to both healthcare professionals and patients.

Accountabilities

You will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts while ensuring alignment with national and brand strategies.

  • Achieve sales targets within assigned key accounts and therapeutic areas
  • Develop and implement strategic account and territory plans aligned with business objectives
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers
  • Analyze patient pathways to identify barriers to access and improve treatment outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with medical, market access, and cross-functional teams
  • Leverage CRM systems, dashboards, and data insights to support decision-making
  • Contribute to omnichannel engagement initiatives and local projects
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and internal policy requirements
  • Requirements:

    The ideal candidate combines strong pharmaceutical industry experience with excellent commercial and stakeholder management capabilities.

    • University degree in a scientific, medical, or related discipline
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry
    • Proven success in a Sales Representative or Key Account Manager role
    • Strong understanding of the local healthcare ecosystem and stakeholder dynamics
    • Commercial mindset with a strong focus on customer and patient needs
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
    • Fluency in the local language and good command of English
    • Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix organization
